Your Presentation

This is the second and final form for submitting your presentation information.

  • Presentation Title: Enter the exact same title you used in Part 1. This ensures we can match your forms.
  • Additional Details: Please provide the requested details about your presentation (e.g., excerpt, short description, co-speaker names, etc.).
  • Panel Speakers:
    • If your panel is presenting one shared slide deck, only one panelist should complete this form on behalf of the group.
    • All other panelists should complete only Part 1. Thank you! You may close this page!
This is a short title that should match the title you used in your call for speakers application. Keep it short.
This is more like a subtitle. It should also be short and descriptive. This will appear in our program.
Two short paragraphs please. No expansive epistles.
If there is more than one speaker list them here, one per line.
