Chelsea Nelson

Chelsea is the Director of Environmental Impact at Jimbo’s, an organic natural grocery store in San Diego. She drives the stores’ sustainability initiatives to reduce food and packaging waste and to improve waste diversion and composting efforts. She brings 5 years of experience in the sustainability field across public, private, and nonprofit sectors.
