Moriah leads the implementation of the Climate Action Plan and climate equity initiatives with for the City of San Diego. Before joining the City, her career focused on zero waste and nonprofit management. She is from San Bernardino, California and studied at California Polytechnic University – Pomona and San Diego State University.
