Tracie Bills

Tracie Onstad Bills has worked as a contracted Executive Director for CRRA for the past six years. She has over 25 years of materials management experience, including working for a hauler, a county government, and a non-profit; she also has over 19 years with materials management consulting firms, the past year with HDR Engineering. She is a SWANA Goldrush board member and a member of NCRA and NRC.
