Manuel Medrano

Manuel Medrano has worked in sustainability for 20 years, focused on issues such as recycling, hazardous waste management, business development, and public education. Manuel belongs to several multi-agency committees and environmental health cross-border working groups. Manuel holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from San Diego State University and dual minors in Chicano Studies and Public Administration. Manuel Medrano is a Board Member of the California Resource Recovery Association, the California Product Stewardship Council, and President of the California Association of Recycling Market Development Zones
