meg ferrigno is the founder of femtech startup MoonPads- a social enterprise that sells compostable, organic pads on a buy-1, give-1 model to combat period poverty.

The startup emerged from her nonprofit, The Pureland Project, which works towards environmental and cultural sustainability for Tibetan nomads. She has worked internationally since 2001 and holds a doctorate in Sustainability Education. 

She is passionate about issues of Environmental and Social Justice and enjoys collaborating.
